Pre-Order Policy

Get the scents you want—even when they’re temporarily out of stock.


What is a pre-order?

A pre-order is a request for an out-of-stock item that we can source for you. Eligible products show a Pre-Order button instead of Add to Cart.

How it works

  1. Place your pre-order: Complete checkout. You won’t be charged the full amount yet.
  2. Availability check: Our Customer Care contacts you (usually within 1 business day) to confirm supplier availability.
  3. 10% deposit: If available, we’ll send a secure payment link or InstaPay details to collect a 10% deposit. This locks your price and applies to your order total.
  4. Sourcing (up to 14 days): We source your item and keep you updated on progress.
  5. Delivery & remaining balance: Once ready to ship, pay the rest on delivery or settle it online via a secure link—your choice.

Timelines

  • Sourcing time: up to 14 days.
  • Shipping after sourcing: as per our Shipping & Returns Policy.
  • Total time to receive your order: sourcing time + shipping time.

Price & promotions

  • Your price is locked when you pay the deposit.
  • Any promotion applied at checkout is honored on the remaining balance.

Cancellations & refunds

  • If we cannot supply within 14 days or the item becomes unavailable: we’ll notify you and refund your deposit in full.
  • If you cancel before we confirm availability: deposit (if any) is fully refundable.
  • If you cancel after we confirm availability and sourcing has started: the 10% deposit becomes non-refundable due to procurement costs. On request, we can convert it into store credit valid for 6 months.

Returns (after delivery)

Pre-order items follow our standard Returns & Exchanges rules for perfumes (unopened, within the stated window). Tester items follow the Testers policy.

Mixed carts (in-stock + pre-order)

Orders ship together when all items are ready unless you request separate shipments (additional shipping fees may apply).

Payments & security

Deposits and remaining balances are collected via secure payment links or InstaPay. We do not store your full card details.
